The purpose of this workflow detail is to record or program the test procedures that were defined as you designed the tests.  The recording and programming of test procedures can be done within the context of a test automation tool.  In this case, the output artifact is just the programmed version of the test procedure, typically in the form of a script.

The test designer uses the test model and workload model to implement the tests, and works closely with the Designer and Implementer to ensure that the test-specific functions (stubs, drivers, etc.) are being implemented and tested.
