Deloitte & Touche and Ross have already worked together in a large Texas-based food processing company which recently implemented Renaissance manufacturing, distribution and financials across four plants in less than nine months. "The Deloitte & Touche, Ross and the customer effort set out to deliver on crucial business improvement objectives under an extremely tight schedule," said Randy Cochran, project leader of the Deloitte & Touche team. He added that cooperation and a "roll up your sleeves" approach to the job meant immediate cost savings for the customer, as well as an ERP system that supports continuous business improvement.

The cumulative expertise and global capabilities of both our organizations works extremely well in the time-sensitive, effective delivery of enterprise solutions to our customers — without extravagant budgets."
